Question: Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Answer: Delivery times cannot be scheduled and are dictated by the shipping carrier.


Question: Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Unfortunately no. We only ship to the continental U.S.


Question: Why aren't your soups and juices available?

Answer: We know our soups and juices are a big hit at Erewhon, but due to the short shelf life that comes with no pasteurization, cold pressed techniques, and no refrigeration during shipping, we cannot ship these items nationwide and guarantee our high quality standards.


Question: Does my Erewhon membership apply to my order?

Answer: Erewhon memberships do not apply for Shopify orders. No loyalty points will be accrued for your order, nor can loyalty points be redeemed on the Shopify platform.


Question: When will my order ship?

Answer: Orders ship within 24 hours after the order has been placed.


Question: How long does it take to receive my order?

Answer: Typically orders are received within 3-5 business days.


Question: How can I track my order?

Answer: Tracking info will be emailed as soon as your order has been shipped.


Question: How can I make changes after my order has been placed?

Answer: Orders cannot be adjusted after they have been placed.

Answer: All sales are final and refunds are not accepted.
