Flake Salt is the highest grade, the salt crystals are perfectly formed pyramid crystals, they make for the perfect finishing salt and give a bright delicate crunch.

Our salt is hand-harvested from the cold and pristine waters of Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast. It is a custom process to harvest, evaporate, sort and grade the salts which takes over 2 weeks to complete. Certified Kosher.
